Returns Policy

Semi custom graphics that are printed to your specifications cannot be returned.  If there has been an error on our part for example printing the wrong year plates, wrong name or wrong background color we will warranty the printing and shipping of the corrected product.  However if the error was on your end and you ordered for the wrong bike, or wrong background color or something we are not responsible, however we are willing to work with you to correct the issue in any way we can within reason. 



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We cannot be held responisble for delivery issues once the product has left our facility. There are several factors such as weather that are simply out of our control. If you need graphics by a certain date for a race we will try our best to make it happen, however shipping services do have issues from time to time and we appologize.
